copper cable recycling machine can crush waste copper cable or wire into 1-5 mm granules mixed with plastic(PVC)&copper.Then use air, gravity separation technique to separate copper and plastic.So that the copper and plastic can be both recycled, greatly increasing their application values.

By using totally dry-type physical separating technique there will be no environment pollution during the whole process and the separating ratio can be reach at 99%.

Raw Material: Auto Electric Wire, Motorcycle Electric Wire, Computer Wire and other miscellaneous material cables, communication cables etc.(diameters generally below 30mm)

Finished product: Plastic and Copper (the separated copper are just like grains of rice)

Working process of copper cable recycling machine

 1. Put wasted cable into the crusher machine, they will be cut into granules first. during this process, copper and plastic are separated but still mixed together.

2.Then the granules are sent to air separator for separation, according to the gravity difference and through air blow, the copper and plastics are separated successfully and comes out from different sides.

3. At last we collect the separated pure copper and plastic .
